lemlist pricing: is it worth it for a team of one to three reps?

The short answer

lemlist's Email plan costs $69 a month ($55 billed yearly) for 50,000 emails with unlimited users and senders, and its Multichannel plan costs $109 per user a month ($87 billed yearly); Enterprise is custom. Is it worth it? Yes for a team of three or more that wants one flat price, and yes for a rep who needs LinkedIn and calling steps in the same sequence as email. No for a solo rep who only sends email and wants the lowest bill.

What does lemlist cost?

lemlist has three plans: Email, Multichannel and Enterprise (custom). Prices are from lemlist's own pricing page, as of October 2026, shown as monthly billing / billed yearly (lemlist advertises a 20% saving on yearly).

Plan Price What you get
Email $69 / $55 a month for 50,000 emails Unlimited users and email senders, an email and phone number finder, a lead database it puts at 650M+ leads (vendor claim), CRM integrations and an API, warmup and a deliverability hub
Multichannel $109 / $87 a month per user Everything in Email, plus up to 5 senders for each user, no cap on emails and messages, LinkedIn automation, SMS automation, a built-in dialer and VoIP integrations; WhatsApp is a paid extra
Enterprise Custom Multichannel plus roles, SSO, a dedicated account manager and custom terms

The Email plan scales by volume:

Emails a month Monthly billing Billed yearly Yearly, per 1,000 emails
50,000 $69 $55 $1.10
100,000 $89 $71 $0.71
200,000 $159 $127 $0.64
500,000 $359 $287 $0.57
1,000,000 $659 $527 $0.53

Our math for the last column: $55 ÷ 50 = $1.10, $71 ÷ 100 = $0.71, and so on. Per lemlist's FAQ, every plan comes with its lemwarm warmup tool and built-in sending safeguards. The same FAQ lists SMS and WhatsApp as add-ons for Multichannel, though the plan card lists SMS automation, so confirm what's in your plan before you rely on SMS.

The trial runs two weeks and doesn't ask for a card. Trial users can run every Multichannel feature except calling from inside the app, and get 200 credits for email and phone lookups.

What does it cost for one rep and for three?

Our house setup: 4 inboxes per rep, about 30 sends per inbox a day (our guideline), 21 sending days, 5 touches. That's 504 new prospects and 2,520 emails a month for one rep, and 1,512 prospects and 7,560 emails for three. Both fit under the 50,000-email Email plan with room to spare.

Setup lemlist Email lemlist Multichannel Instantly Hypergrowth Smartlead
1 rep $69 / $55 $109 / $87 $97 / $77.60 Base $39 / $32.50
3 reps $69 / $55 $327 / $261 $97 / $77.60 Pro $94 / $78.30

Monthly billing / billed yearly. For one rep we use Instantly Hypergrowth because its Growth plan ($47, $37.60 yearly) caps uploaded contacts at 1,000 in total, which our 504-a-month rep fills in about two months unless they delete finished leads from campaigns, which Instantly's help center says frees space (see Woodpecker vs Instantly). Smartlead Base fits 2,520 emails under its 6,000 sends a month, but it stores 2,000 contacts and has no CRM access or API; Pro at 90,000 sends is the one that fits three reps.

What that shows:

  • One rep, email only: lemlist's Email plan costs $30 more a month than Smartlead Base ($69 vs $39) and $28 less than Instantly Hypergrowth. It isn't the cheapest.
  • Three reps, email only: lemlist is the cheapest of the three at $69, because the price doesn't change with the number of users. That's $25 below Smartlead Pro and $28 below Instantly Hypergrowth monthly.
  • Adding LinkedIn and calls: Multichannel for one rep is $40 a month more than the Email plan ($109 vs $69), or $32 yearly ($87 vs $55). For three reps it's $258 more monthly ($327 vs $69), because the price is per user.

The three tools are compared head to head in Instantly vs Smartlead vs lemlist, and more options are in the best cold email software. Mailboxes and domains cost extra on every tool; see the cheapest cold email stack. lemlist's pricing page doesn't list mailbox prices.

What do the data add-ons cost?

lemlist sells lead data separately from the plan. Entry tiers; the pricing page lists bigger credit packs in a dropdown.

Add-on Monthly Billed yearly What it includes
Lead data enrichment $20 $16 2,000 credits a month, which it equates to 400 emails or 100 phones (5 credits per email, 20 per phone); pay per success; unused credits roll over
Lead data enrichment, next tier $49 $39 5,000 credits a month (1,000 emails or 250 phones)
Buying intent signals $29 $21 100 signals a month; pay per success; unused signals roll over

Our math: $20 ÷ 400 emails is $0.05 per email ($0.04 yearly), and $20 ÷ 100 phones is $0.20 per phone ($0.16 yearly). One rep needing an email for each of 504 prospects outgrows the 400-email tier, so the next pack up, $49 a month ($39 yearly) for up to 1,000 emails, is the one that covers it. We haven't tested find rates, so test a sample of 50 before you build on it. For other options, see the best B2B contact data provider.

When is lemlist worth it?

  • Your sequence mixes email, LinkedIn steps and calls. That's what Multichannel is for. If your reps will really run all three, one tool is simpler than three.
  • You have three or more people sending. The Email plan's flat price means the fourth rep costs nothing extra on the platform.
  • You want the finder and a data add-on in the same account. Fewer logins; the credits are the extra cost.

Be careful with LinkedIn automation. LinkedIn Help says every member, free or Premium, is subject to invitation limits, that sending many invitations in a short time can get you temporarily restricted, and that it may restrict or suspend accounts it suspects of using an automation tool. Check LinkedIn's User Agreement before you switch on automated LinkedIn steps (see also is Sales Navigator worth it).

When should you skip each plan?

  • lemlist overall: skip it if you're one rep who only sends email and you want the lowest price. Smartlead Base is $39 ($32.50 yearly) at the same volume, as long as you stay under its 2,000 stored contacts.
  • Email plan: skip it if your sequences need LinkedIn or call steps. Those start on Multichannel.
  • Multichannel: skip it for a team that mostly sends email. At three reps it's $327 a month against $69 for the Email plan.
  • Multichannel: skip it if you run more than 5 inboxes per rep. The plan has 5 senders per user, so check the cap against your setup.
  • Data add-ons: skip them if you need hundreds of phone numbers a month. 500 phones takes the 10,000-credit pack, $94 a month ($75 yearly), or about $0.19 a phone (our math).

Every tool we cover, grouped by job, is on the tools hub.

The sending days, sends per inbox, inboxes per rep and touches per contact on this page are our house assumptions, with one line on why we use each.
