What we collect, why, and how to get it removed.

Who we are
Pipe Playbook publishes sales guides and tools at pipeplaybook.com. Questions about this policy go to news@pipeplaybook.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for the Pipe Playbook newsletter or ask the calculator to copy your results or to send you new plays. It is stored with our email provider, Brevo.
- Calculator inputs stay on your device. The numbers you type into the outbound calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
- A small note in your browser. After you sign up through the calculator, your browser remembers it (local storage) so you don’t have to enter your email again. It stays on your device and you can clear it anytime.
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It sets cookies in your browser and sends page-view data to Google. See “Analytics” below.
- Standard technical data. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your visit.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to count visits and see which pages are read. When you load a page, it sets cookies in your browser and sends page-view data to Google. That data includes the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We use it to see which plays help readers and to improve the site. We do not sell this data. Google handles it under its own privacy policy.
To opt out, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, block cookies or analytics in your browser settings, or use an ad or tracker blocker. The site works the same either way.
We do not run ads today. If we add advertising later, analytics may also use Google’s advertising features, and this page will be updated if that happens.
How we use it
We use your email address to send the Pipe Playbook newsletter and related updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site, the newsletter and our analytics: Brevo (email), Netlify (hosting) and Google (analytics). We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site may be affiliate links. When you click one, the company you visit may set its own cookies to credit the referral. Their privacy policy applies on their site. See our affiliate disclosure.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing news@pipeplaybook.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
