Questions, answered

What is Pipe Playbook?

Free playbooks and tools for B2B sellers who build their own pipeline: step-by-step plays with the numbers behind them, an outbound calculator that does the pipeline math, and a plain-language guide to the sales stack.

Who is it for?

SDRs, AEs, and founders who sell. If you own a number and have to create the pipeline to hit it, this is for you.

Is it free?

Yes. The plays and the calculator are free, with no login. The full calculator breakdown is always shown. Copying your results uses your email; that email also gets you new plays by email, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

How many cold emails do I need to send to hit my number?

Work backward from your revenue target: deals, then opportunities, meetings, replies, and finally emails. With the calculator's starting assumptions ($1M target, $12k deal size, 20% win rate, 50% meeting-to-opportunity, 35% reply-to-meeting, 3% reply rate), that's about 6,614 emails a month. Run it with your own numbers.

How many SDRs do you need to hit a pipeline target?

Divide the meetings you need by what one SDR actually delivers in a year, not by what one SDR delivers on a good month. Real output is lower than the quota math suggests because reps take time off, new hires ramp, and seats sit empty when people leave. In our example below, a 600-meeting target looks like 5 reps on paper and takes 8 in practice.
