How this math works ▾

Deals needed = revenue target ÷ ACV.

Opportunities needed = deals needed ÷ win rate.

Meetings needed = opportunities needed ÷ meeting-to-opportunity rate.

Positive replies needed = meetings needed ÷ reply-to-meeting-booked rate.

Emails needed = positive replies needed ÷ reply rate, then divided by 12 for a monthly figure.

Contacts/month = emails needed per month ÷ touches per contact. Inboxes = emails per month ÷ (safe sends per inbox/day × 30). Domains = inboxes ÷ inboxes per domain.

The defaults are reasonable outbound benchmarks, not guarantees — adjust them to match your own historical numbers once you have them. That's the whole point of showing the math instead of hiding it.
