How much does HubSpot Sales Hub cost?
As of October 2026, HubSpot Sales Hub is free for up to 2 users. Starter starts at $7 per seat a month, Professional at $90 per seat a month plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, and Enterprise at $150 per seat a month plus a required $3,500 fee. Those are the prices HubSpot's pricing page shows with annual billing selected. The number to budget is year one: three Professional seats cost $4,740 before anyone sends an email.
How we research this: facts come from each vendor’s public pages and named studies, dated where shown; the math is ours and labeled. Vendor prices and limits are as of October 4, 2026.

What does each Sales Hub plan cost?
Prices are from HubSpot's own pricing page, in USD, with "Pay Annually" selected (the page's default).
| Plan | Price shown | Crossed-out price beside it | Required one-time onboarding | HubSpot Credits included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, up to 2 users, no credit card | None | None | None listed |
| Starter | Starts at $7 per seat a month | $20 per seat a month | None listed | 500 |
| Professional | Starts at $90 per seat a month | $100 per seat a month | $1,500 | 3,000 |
| Enterprise | Starts at $150 per seat a month | None | $3,500 | 5,000 |
Three things to read carefully:
- "Starts at." Every paid price on the page carries those words. Treat the table as the floor.
- The crossed-out prices. The page offers a "Pay Monthly" option on Starter (labeled "commit monthly") and on Professional (labeled "commit annually"). We read the crossed-out $20 and $100 as the pay-monthly prices. The toggle didn't respond when we read the page, so confirm the monthly price at checkout before you count on it.
- The onboarding fee is not optional. HubSpot's page says the cost shown "does not include the required, one-time" onboarding for Professional and Enterprise.
What do you get on each plan?
From the comparison table on the same page. We list the rows a sales team asks about first. "Not listed" means HubSpot's table leaves that cell empty for the plan.
| Feature | Free | Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sequences | Not listed | Not listed | 5,000 per account, up to 500 email sends per user a day | 5,000 per account, up to 1,000 email sends per user a day |
| Calling | Not listed | 500 minutes | 3,000 minutes | 12,000 minutes |
| Call transcription and coaching | Not listed | Not listed | 750 hours of transcription per account a month | 1,500 hours per account a month |
| Forecasting | Not listed | Not listed | Default and custom forecasting | Adds forecasting across team hierarchies |
| Sales automation | Not listed | Up to 50 workflows, restricted triggers and actions | Up to 300 customizable workflows | Up to 1,000, and workflows can trigger sequences |
| Playbooks | Not listed | Not listed | Up to 5 | Up to 5,000 |
| Lead scoring | Not listed | Not listed | Up to 5 scores | Up to 10 scores |
| Pipelines | Not listed | Up to 15 per account | Up to 100 | Up to 350 |
| Meeting links | 1 personal link, HubSpot branding | 1,000 personal and team links | 1,000 | 1,000 |
| Email templates | 3 per account | 10,000 per account | 10,000 | 10,000 |
The line that decides most purchases: sequences start on Professional. If you want HubSpot to send your follow-ups automatically, Starter won't do it, and the real entry price is $90 a seat plus the $1,500 fee.
Who does each plan fit?
- Free: one or two people who need a place to keep contacts and deals, one meeting link and three email templates. Calling isn't listed on Free.
- Starter: a small team that wants a real CRM with calling minutes, templates and simple automation, and sends its sequences from another tool.
- Professional: a team that wants CRM, sequences, forecasting and call coaching in one system and will pay for that convenience.
- Enterprise: teams that need forecasting across a management hierarchy, thousands of playbooks, or workflows that trigger sequences. A team of one to three reps won't use what it adds.

What does it cost for one rep and for three?
Our math, at the prices shown with annual billing. Year one includes the onboarding fee. Year two doesn't.
| Plan | 1 seat, year one | 1 seat, year two | 3 seats, year one | 3 seats, year two |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter ($7) | $84 | $84 | $252 | $252 |
| Professional ($90 + $1,500) | $2,580 | $1,080 | $4,740 | $3,240 |
| Enterprise ($150 + $3,500) | $5,300 | $1,800 | $8,900 | $5,400 |
The math: Starter is $7 × 12 = $84 per seat. Professional is $90 × 12 = $1,080 per seat, plus $1,500 once: $2,580 for one seat and $3,240 + $1,500 = $4,740 for three. Enterprise is $150 × 12 = $1,800 per seat, plus $3,500 once: $5,300 for one and $5,400 + $3,500 = $8,900 for three.
Spread over the first year, three Professional seats come to $395 a month ($4,740 ÷ 12), not $270. If the crossed-out prices are what you pay on monthly billing, three Starter seats are $60 a month and three Professional seats are $300 a month plus the fee. The page doesn't state a minimum number of seats for any plan.
Now compare that with buying sequences alone. For three reps who only need to send email sequences, lemlist's Email plan is $69 a month flat, Smartlead Pro is $94 and Instantly Hypergrowth is $97, each on monthly billing from the vendor's own pricing page read the same day. Three HubSpot Professional seats cost about four times lemlist's price before the fee. You're paying for the CRM, the forecasting and the call coaching around the sequences. If you'll use them, that's a fair trade. If you won't, see Instantly vs Smartlead vs lemlist.
What's not included?
- The onboarding fee. $1,500 on Professional, $3,500 on Enterprise, once, on top of the seat price.
- Extra HubSpot Credits. Credits power HubSpot's AI agents and features. Each plan includes a monthly allotment (500, 3,000 or 5,000). HubSpot's FAQ says more cost $0.010 per credit, credits reset monthly and unused ones don't roll over.
- LinkedIn steps. The page says LinkedIn actions in sequences require a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription. That's a separate bill; see is Sales Navigator worth it.
- Phone support on Starter. HubSpot's FAQ lists email support for Starter and email and phone support for Professional and Enterprise.
- Contact data, mailboxes and domains. Sales Hub is where you work your contacts, not where you buy them. Budget those separately; see what tools an SDR actually needs.
When should you skip each plan?
- Free: skip it if you need calling or more than 2 users. The table lists calling from Starter.
- Starter: skip it if you expect sequences. They aren't on Starter. Pair it with a cold email tool or go to Professional.
- Professional: skip it if you can't absorb the $1,500 fee in month one, or if sequences are the only reason you're upgrading. A dedicated sequencer costs far less.
- Enterprise: skip it for a team of one to three. You'd pay $150 a seat and a $3,500 fee for hierarchy forecasting and limits you won't reach.
- HubSpot Sales Hub overall: skip it if you already run a CRM you like and only need outbound email. If you're choosing between enterprise engagement platforms, see Outreach vs Salesloft.
